QJ2-40 is a changed product of QJ1-40 gas relay. The buoy gets into the oil tank of the transformer, and it gives alarm when the oil lever is lower than the regulated level of the transformer tank. If the oil level is lower than another regulated level, the transformer is cut from operating.
